Life Cycle of a butterflies

 Life cycle of butterflies             11/08/20

The life cycle of a butterfly starts through a process. There are four stages of the life cycle of a butterfly: the egg, larva, pupa and adult.

The egg hatches

With most species when eggs begin to turn dark they will soon hatch. It may take an hour to two days after turning dark depending upon the species.

Caterpillar

When the egg hatches the caterpillar lives for 2-5 weeks the caterpillar on the right is in its fifth instar and will soon pupate or molt one last time to become a chrysalis.

Butterfly

Butterflies make a chrysalis while other insects like the tobacco hornworm caterpillar makes a cocoon and becomes a moth they will stay and transform over time into a butterfly or a moth.

Conclusion

Butterflies have 4 stages  when it turns into a caterpillar they stay like that for 2-5 weeks.

Titanic writing

|Writing|Titanic|

As I walk towards the railing to see the sunset I hear the children running past me. When it was my turn to get on I saw a huge stair and big lights shining through the room. I see the children getting excited, the parents getting all of their suitcases ready to go into their cabin. I can see the food getting cooked and the waves crashing, the wind blowing and the sun shining. As the time goes it gets dark and cold really quickly. I walked downstairs and saw that the cafe was open, I went in. I just remembered that I forgot my wallet in my jacket. As I was walking there, I hear a big boom. I went to the top to see what it was, I can see water coming in fast. I better go to the top as everyone was at the top. My heart began to pound faster and faster, I see that every female was going to the emergency boats. Well it was my turn, I feel like everyone was so scared. Behind me as he hit the water the two females started to paddle way, I can see that people are jumping off the boat. As we got far enough I see that some of the males had to stay on the boat, as time goes the titanic sunk under water. I see the light flickering, people were trying to see if anyone was alive so we stand up to see if we could get their attention. It got really dark and really cold fast, I hope they will find us, the star sprinkles through the sky and the moon is shining.

It is 12:00am in Christchurch
I am sitting in the lounge, the flaming  hot sun is beaming towards
my hot burnt face.
The fire is roaring and raging.
The dog is barking and growling at the fence.
I can hear the furious
ocean crashing down.
The trees howling and blowing in the fierce wind.
I can hear my dad and his friend talking,  I think they had a too much drink!

This week we have been doing writing i did my about Christchurch
