 This week in Mamaku 3 we have been doing a imagination drawing.My picture is about when the girl was on the rocky cliff top and she saw seagulls swooping and diving into the sparkling blue ocean.My favourite sentence was when she was on the rocky cliff and looking at the seagulls.

Term 3 literacy, Reflection,

This week for literacy I have found some facts of Picasso. He has  become one of the greatest and most influential artists of the 20th century and the creator (with Georges Braque) of Cubism. A Spanish expatriate painter, sculptor, print maker, ceramicist and stage designer, Picasso was considered radical in his work.

Reflection Literacy T2 W8

This week for Literacy we have been doing a description about a family member ,I did it on My mum.

My goal is to write more sentences.

I love my mum. Her hair is brown and soft, it looks so nice. Her face sometimes has makeup on. She looks really nice with her makeup on. She has browny blue eyes with rosey colour cheeks.  

She sometimes My favourite memory was when we went to the beach. That was so much fun because we took the dog and we go swimming. We got fish in chips and they were so yummy. Then we watched a movie. That was fun that day and my mum had the best time with her family.

My Mum is friendly because she is good and nice and cares and is kind. If someone got hurt she would help them. She works at the gym and she is the best mum.

She wears pink shoes and sport clothes. When she goes to town she always looks really nice. Her feet  are nicely tanned. She always looks very tall in town like her brother.

This week we had cross country.We had to choose if we did or did not like it (I like it). I find this easy and fun.Maybe next time I will talk to you a little more about it. This  reminds me of last years cross country (That was a lot easy).

This week the whole school did something fun and the fun thing was Top Team. We had to do all of these games.  You had to help to get points for your team so you could come 1st, 2nd or 3rd. We all worked really hard at the games. There was a water game which was the most fun and when i got wet.

This week for literacy I had to read a book. It's title was Pet Day.   In the book this girl wanted to take Blackie to school for pet day, but  mum  said  "No I have work today". If she had taken Blackie then mum couldn't pick her up to take her home.

Reflection Numeracy T1W10

 Yesterday we  created each a video clip  about  math's.  I had done mine about how we can make addition problems easier to solve.   We had to work it out while on video,  which I didn't find hard at all.  Next time I might think about using a script for prompts.

Numeracy Reflection Term 1 Week 9

This week for numeracy I did this DLO about place value.  We were learning to show 3 digit numbers in different ways.
I liked doing this maths activity.  Next time I am going to work harder and challenge myself to use larger numbers.
